Birth pool/own bath??

Has anyone birthing in their own bath.

Im a tall person that has a normal size bath. Was wondering the other night if i could birth in there or would it be to narrow?

Not going to try getting a birth pool as my labours are very quick.

Also is there as much relief in summer when the water wouldnt be as warm birthing in a pool/bath??

Well mine is a regular bath and would be waaay too small I would think, not wide enough.

Yeah, no. Not in our bath anyway. If you had a nice big one sure.
