    I would hazard that the 'no taking pictures' thing is probably just a highlight for that couple of how constricting the hospital is?? I for one, would avoid like the plague ANY hospital that banned picture taking...like, what are they doing in there that they seriously dont want documented?? eeewwwwwww.

    Could be. What she said was that she loved looking at post-birth pictures so much, and so many hospitals don't let you take delivery room pics anymore, so she decided she wanted a homebirth. But the "no pictures" policy does sound a little overly restrictive, IMO. I've never encountered that one, but I haven't been in too many hospitals, either! And it may well be that homebirth was something they were considering for a while for many reasons, and this was the "last straw". It just struck me a little funny as I was reading it.

    I'm having a homebirth because the local hospital scares me with their vbac policies and restrictions. So I kinda get her point lol
