Yeah, i had to change a few appts when things came up for my midwife, completely understand that happens. I just would be upset at seeing another midwife 3 appts in a row.
The first time it happened, I think it was that they'd only just been called away - I can't remember. Second time, they called me and gave me the option to either reschedule or see the other midwife. I took the second option because I wanted to see someone. This time I'm not seeing anyone else, as I said they're making it up to me with a home visit

I really do think it's just bad luck. As far as I can tell they're not overbooking, I just happen to make appointments on days they're going to be at births. I shouldn't have said anything, it's like I'm complaining but I just thought it was amusing.
