Yeah my MW tells me my body is amazing being able to breastfeed 3 kids! Oh and I was pumping for a 4th at one stage.
My milk gradually changed throughout pregnancy so milky colostrum like but wasn't until DS was born that it was full on colostrum and this time took a couple of days for the colostrum to come in and longer for my milk (thinking though due to me having gastro when I went into labour and hadn't eaten in two days or drank much). But after DS1 it came in straight after birth.
