Apparently it's a transient virus and there's not really much treatment as such anyway. MW said you can take hardcore anti-virals but she doesn't really suggest I do that. Usual treatment is to support the liver and boost its ability to function and pass the virus. Going to see my doctor tomorrow and MW has given me the deets of an acupuncturist she thinks can help me too. Fingers crossed for now I guess???
