A few weeks after birth I started massaging vitamin E into it (straight form a capsule).

Dh and i tried that but that doesnt end well same as the massage you are meant to do before baby comes...., probably why we have 4 kids LOL!

Congratulations MEOW!!!! I'm so ecstatic for you on your beautiful home birth!!!

Just popped in to say hi now that I am back online, but I'll have to leave this thread anyway cos there is no way I'm getting my homebirth now unfortunately. Looks like we are staying in Tassie, and the best thing I get is my birth at the birth centre like last time. But its better than the hospital - although not as good as home.

Such a shame for you... but your birth centre sounds like a really good one, being independent from the hospital. I'm sure you're going to have an awesome birth!!!

I'm sure I will have an awesome birth, I'm just about finished Childbirth without fear, which is an awesome book for someone like me. I realise how scared I was last time and I don't have the same fears this time - actually, its pretty fair to say I have no fear at the moment and am looking FORWARD to it. Considering one of my first posts in this thread, I've come a long way

it is a real shame about the no homebirth...but i'm with Meow, your birth centre sounds fantastic, and i LOVE that it is a separate establishment from the hossy...completely different vibe i'd say!
