HotI: yep your IM can do the heel test at home . the amazing thing is that you can BF your baby when they do it and they sleep/feed right through it! breastmilk is amazing for pain relief! i just remember DD1 screaming and being manhandled last time so the difference this time was phenomenal!

I have a belly belt thing which is supposed to help, dunno how much it does, but it certainly is more comfortable but a little awkward to get firm enough, particularly when you have this massive belly hanging out everywhere lol. I'm not sure how bad mine got with Elijah, but I remember the night I felt it happen, OMG the pain was rather excruciating! I'm still somewhere between 2 and 3cm I think. I just can't get it better than that. So I know that if we have another, I need to really nurture my belly right from the get go and really help it and give it as much support as I can. soo, Im thinking I may just want to join here please? After a massive meltdown last week I think we may have found a midwife that we may like. We have an appt with her on tues morning. So Im hoping it all goes well and by tues arvo I shall have my midwife lined up.
