Another thing that i thought to add (that i didnt explain in the first post!) is that although it says "no" to instrumental delivery etc etc. This is because our first and ultimate goal is "no". My IMs told me that it is really important to not say things along the lines of "intervention XYZ only if medically necessary" as this opens up to them justifying the process...anything can be made to be "medically necessary" ITMS (as we all know if you have to birth to the clock etc).
This way it is more guarantee that they will have to discuss the intervention in more detail with you, as there is not implied consent.
