I can relate! I am hoping my bub arrives on 1/2/2012, 2/2/2012 or 12/2/2012! I'm putting in a prediction for 12/2/2012.

Sorry girls, yesterday ended up being a day of early labour and rest. Not all for nothing though, I've woken to lots of mucus at 3am and regular, don't mess with me, contractions. So I've given up on sleeping and I'm passing some time downstairs until they're a bit closer and lasting a bit longer to get my doula and m/w out of bed.

It seems I might have been right about my baby's birthdate for the whole pg. How freaky is that?

i've got some tummy tightenings going on so am up eating watermelon. nothing too much just can't sleep so thought i would get up.

HotI, I hope you got some relaxing sleep after your watermelon. My tummy was feeling a bit ordinary during the night.

I had an interesting experience with DS2's birth. During preg, I said that I wanted a three hour labour, and I wanted him to be born in March (not Feb, as my DD's b'day is at end of Feb). I ended up going in to labour at midnight on 28 Feb, and DS2 was born at 3.01 am on 1 March! I got my 3 hr labour and my March bub!

Ohhhh just got my package from blissful herbs! So exciting! Gonna have a proper paw thru now and read everything that came with them whilst I have a pot of tea. I feel like I could go into labour now. I have everything ready really. Not that I am gonna hold my breathe tho. I don't want to be disappointed if I have to wait another few weeks. But at least I can relax now knowing it is all ready and waiting for me. I might get DH to set up the birth pool tonight for me, so that I can have one of the pre birth relaxation baths . We have pulled our main bathroom out now and I am just waiting until the tradesmen can come and put the new one back in. Luckily our ensuite is 95% finished now and usable for the birth. And so much nicer than before! DH asked me if I deliberately got a shower with a handle on it for labour..... "might have crossed my mind" was the answer he got.

I have totally lost track of this thread and I feel awful because I am SOOO freaking excited for you all!!! Can't wait to hear about your birth Jen!!!! LOVE that your herbs have arrived and you're so ready Bella. It's going to be beautiful. Thinking of you too Hoti!

Thanks girls!! It is nice to come in here and have everyone get excited for me. I don't tell people IRL what my dates are really, not unless they are special, cos I don't want the whole "when is that baby gonna come" remarks that I got for weeks with DD. So I don't post about my pregnancy at all now on fb. So it is nice to come in here and get fuss

Also very few of our friends know we are having a HB because of DH's occupation. So it is nice to have somewhere to talk about it. I do quite a few IRL friends I can chat with about it, but I am sorta hibernating a bit atm so not really seeing them.

Anyway it IS getting really close now, and very exciting
