I took DD2 up to the hospital for her hearing test last week. She had to be settled, not necessarily asleep, but still so the monitors worked. It only took a couple of minutes as she gazed at me.

We had our son's hearing test done at the Mercy in Heidelberg. That lady was the least interested of anyone I came across about our homebirth. She spent ages looking for his hospital records before telling us that's what she was looking for and didn't ask anything about it when we said he was born at home... I think she thought he was "born before arrival" at first because she still couldn't understand why he didn't have hospital records
