Hi Danni. You can fall pg on implanon. Like you can with pretty much any form of contraception. Nothing is 100%.
As Starrysky said, it has to be inserted right. You should be able to feel it. I had a friend whose was in too deep.
I don't think it has much to do with weather or not you bleed while you have it in. Every one is different, some get AF more, some less, some not at all, some stay the same.
I hope you aren't pg yet Do a test to put your mind at ease.

I had totally forgotten about this thread. Not pregnant. That particular "cycle" was just one of the longest I've had on implanon at about 45 days. I had 28 days between day one of that bleed and day one of the next one. I know it's inserted properly. I can feel it all the time.

I've got implanon too Danni and have quite erratic bleeding, I never know where I am in my cycle as they're all over the place, one of the down sides of it. But it's so convenient not to have to take the pill anymore so I put up with it!

Ok can I be the scary person here.....lol. My friend used it and nothing seemed out the norm for any other month and well now she had a bouncing baby boy.

I do remember somewhere saying, that at the very start of getting it down adn near the time of replacement, the chance of pregnancy increases on it.
