I have had a totally different experience with it. On the pill I had migraines, break through bleeding, weight gain and moodiness. With the implant I maybe had a period twice a year, I lost weight and no pms or headaches. I had it for four and a half years. I am about to go back to it and get it again, my other option is the mini pill but that is what sent me haywire after dd1 I stacked on weight and was crying all the time.
