Well, an update. Avoided stretch and sweeps and just had an internal the day before I went into labour..... I was already 5 days over at that stage, perhaps that helped get things going.... and the acupuncture I had!!!!
I'm so glad I avoided the induction that the OB wanted me to have! Nothing like spontaneous labour when bub decides he/she is ready
