19mths still feeding a lot

i found at 18 mths my son really got into the boobie in a big way.. he is nearly 2 and still going strong.. i found that if I distracted with food he would take the snack offer if I made it sound and look exciting and would cut down the feedings.. He loved things he could open himself at this age.. so into the babybelle cheese, cheese sticks, fruit bars, munchables, bananas.. things that look exciting and take ages to open...LOL... I found it was usually enough to distract him because he was really hungry ( boobies are food ) so the alternate drinks didnt work for him either.. His hunger seemed to increase hence the extra feedings..

he is 23 mths and still likes frequent feeding but he is so much easier to distract.. I found if I give him the opp he will take it.. I tend to spend a lot of time standing up..LOL..

that's exactly what I am finding myself doing! We have had two great days where she has only had -1-2 feeds which is much more manageable. I agree she just seems to be more hungry and boobie is a more readily available! Thanks for your advice
