How well I am BF this time! I am loving it so much I could do it for at leasts 2 years!!!He is a breeze to feed and I could not ever imgine putting a bottle in his mouth even though it took some getting use to and some sleepless nights and painful boobs its all worth it! I have finally learnt that if you ant something bad enough and purseavere with it, you can have a great reult. I have also learn that all the times I said I was ruiing ut of milk or didnt seem to be getting enough, was not so, if he continues to suckle milk will be made!!! I am so plaesed with myself. Only took 6 times to get it right! Hope number 7 is just as wonderful!!!
Good on you. That is a very inspiring and encouraging story! We often have mums wondering if they will every breastfeed successfully when it didn't work out with their first child. Your story clearly demonstrates that women's bodies to work to provide milk for their baby. And I'm impressed that you are thinking towards your next baby already
Good on you Soul for persevering and for sharing your story. I often wonder if maybe our first attempts at mothering are practices for getting it right with the next! And what a great example you're setting for your older children.
How encouraging for me. I stopped bf due to issues, that I won't go into and have not been entirely happy with the decision and wanted to give it another go with the next bubs but had reservations, until I saw your post.

Jennifer13 your right about example for other kids. My 15 year old daughter said she will definatley be BF so makes me proud to think I am doing something right.
Jooleshere you made my day sweetie!!! I honestly thought five times over that I wouod never have the chance to BF because I never had a good run with it before, although I did always give it a go. I did feed my third child for 8 months so that was good, but I cant say I actually "Enjoyed" it. This time I just decided I was going to persavere no matter what and funnliy enough I have had 6th time lucky!!

dachlostar that exactly what its about , making it work for us! Nothing comes easy but if you want it bad enough you "Make" it work for you and I am soooo pleased I did that this time I am planning on doing it for at least 2 years.
It sure is worth it. And now you have an excuse to but some new bras and with the new bras you will need some new undies, tops, skirts, pants, dresses, shoes, etc
