Hi M2J
You changed your name since our belly buddy days! I hope you are well!
I don't have a book but a DVD (there is a book too though) Baby Led Weaning by .I borrowed a copy from my ABA group. It explains what BLW is and how to start. I have found it helpful because I didn't realy understand how BLW worked exactly.
I don't know of any off the top of my head, but I bet if you contact the ABA, that they'll have some great resources for you.![]()
Yep the ABA has a booklet and lots of resources for weaning.

The ABA's booklet on Introducing Solids (if that's what it was called, it's in my DD's room and she's having a nap) is about Baby-Led solids and introducing 'family foods'. It was my bible with my DD and she's been a great eater, I think because I stuck to their advice. They also have a great booklet on 'Gentle Weaning'. The booklets are around $5 each and were far better than any books I came across in a book shop. Not too long either.Go to Australian Breastfeeding Association and you can order online.
I was going to recommend the ABA booklet also! It's such great, sensible advice and all for $5!
