Feeb, you have done (and continue to do) and amazing job. You already know I see you as an inspiration I believe that when a child self-weans it means they are psychologically ready, and I also believe that once they lose the ability to suck effectively at the breast it's nature's way of telling them that they are physiologically ready to move on. Looks like mother nature has been whispering in DS1's ears I certainly understand that you might feel a bit sad about this part of your relationship with him ending though. Whilst I will accept that DS is ready to wean when he chooses to do so, I know I'll also be sad that that part of our relationship has come to an end. I'll just have to give him extra cuddles instead hehe.
