Self-weaning is quite bittersweet. I've had it happen twice too, so I know how you feel
nic, you don't need to do anything. Most of the time when babies of that age wean, the milk production is gradually reducing, so that there is little risk of mastitis. If you have any lumps or pain, then you might need to express just enough for comfort, but it sounds like this isn't going to be likely for you.
