People are jumping on the profit bandwagon. I'm sure all those that rent out have never had to rent themselves.

that's so true! most of the people renting out houses don't have the mortgage to pay, they are just upping the rent because of "interest rate rises". It's just an excuse! I am dreading looking for somewhere to live. But I can't stay here forever..... mmmm
