Jess, that's no good about your purse. How did it get stolen? Ppl make me sick. I can't even believe that there are people out there that have no concious. I stole $5 from my mum's wallet when I was bout 12, I felt so bad cried, put it back and then told her what I had done. LoL

Rusty, Is ur DP full time army, or reserves? my DH is reserves, infantry.
DH is back at work and it SUX!!!!!!! I hate him not being able to spend much time with the kids. and he hates working too.
The girls are good, everything else is fine, we have an inspection on Tuesday next week, so cleaning like mad. I refuse to clean the bathroom when DH has been at work! it is really hard to get the grease off the enamel, Ugh!

We picked up our chocolate lab puppy on Sunday, 7 hour round trip. (I got the sea bands and they seamed to work ok) He's so cute. There's no way we could have waited until we have our baby to get him coz it would be a case of one waking the other up all the time.

ETA: Bonham my parents didnt make me move out, DP and i wanted to move in together and it wa sjust easier when id finished work to officially move in, with working 40 hours a week it kinda left us a bit short on time.
Ali- oh ok then fair enough, just that im a qualified mechanic and when i was reading what was wrong with your car it just didnt sound right, glad its all fixed now. DP is paying for a cleaner to clean our place next Tuesday as its 3 levels and just WAY too much for me to do on my own, so whenever this bubs decides to make her entrance i'll have a nice clean house that i wont have to worry about.
Jess- Sorry to hear your purse was stolen, total PITA!!. I hope you got your cards blocked/cancelled before the person who took it could try anything & also hope that it doesnt take too long to get replacement cards.
Kass- Not sure how to make the photo for your ticker smaller, i'm still trying to work out this reputation business haha.
Sal- Nice one on picking up your dog & by the sounds of it the car trip wasnt too bad for you.

Ali- Joel is a full time combat engineer. He was thinging about going infantry (Has alot of mates that are infantry) but I said NO cause they get alot of deployments and with a baby coming I didn't want to have to be by myself...that didn't seem to work cause it looks like he is going to Afghanistan in March anyway!!!!

Well last night was a complete and utter waste of time! I would have rather had spent it alone her and talking with you guys. Hmmmph. I was at Nigels and he paid absolutely no attention to me until he wanted to go to bed, by that time I was already in bed and just about to sleep! Sometimes I just feel like I'm wasting my time. I love him, but I need to feel loved back and after last night I feel everything but loved. I realise he doesn't want to be smothered, but I made the effort to go to his place, when there was no reason why he couldnt come to mine, there was no-one home!! I'm always running around and going to see him, he doesn't come to see me :(
I feel so hurt, he has NO IDEA what the last year (especially the last 2-3 months) has been like for me, he acts like everything is honky dory. He asked me why I was upset last night and said that I should be happy. I told him yeah, its kinda hard to be happy when I feel like I'm in your way here. I told him that he needs to make more of an effort and that I was sick of running around after him!
We will see how things go. Hope everyone else is good

Sally just dont make 2 much of an effort guys like a challenge, but not 2 much of one. If he really wants a life with u and Brendan he'll make the effort, and then u'll know how important u r 2 him from how hard he tries with u.
Sally he sounds like his got alot of growing up 2 do, most guys do it quickly after bubs is born but some take time or u making hardly any effort 2 c what they've got. Our guys r young and i doubt that Nigel's m8's have bubs so he needs 2 get over that and relise u and Brendan r more important then the life he once had. Make an effort 4 Brendan but when it comes 2 u and him keep ur feet on the ground.
Thanks kass :) Nigel only has family around him, the only mate he had he wont talk to now. He is a bit of a loner. LOL, I dont mean that in a nasty way cos I dont have all that many friends that I can hang out with. But he seems to get in a "comfort zone" and wont budge iykwim??
oh well maybe he just needs grow up. What r hes family like? also what does iykwim mean? I also dont have many hang out m8's thats y im starting 2 meet ppl at things 4 bubs coz i cant stand it anymore!

He definately needs to grow up! His family, hmmm most are nice and supportive, ect. his mum is a B!tch. She seems to always be in a cow of a mood. and she doesn't teach her kids anything, they are supposed to grow up and move out and she hasnt taught them to cook or clean up after themselves. There is a 21, 19 and 16 yo at home and she does all their washing and runs arround picking up their plates and rubbish ect. Now they expect that from their partners, which makes it bloody hard for me!!!
Jess - sorry to hear about your wallet. I got my wallet stolen when I was on a holiday in Melbourne.. So had no money, no ID to get on place.. Ah it sucked.
Sally - aw sorry to hear it didn't go as well. Young boys are so very immature and yes, have a lot of growing up to do. Especially if his mum babied him.
As for me.. Ruben and I went and looked at daycares yesterday. There's not much availability! I'm wondering how many days to put him in for.. I think I'll start with 2 days, then work it up more if I need more time for study and uni. When we walked in, he started getting upset and very clingy and I had to carry him. He thought I was gonna leave him, awww..
DP and I have started doing weights at home. OH MY GOD my whole body is aching. I can barely lift my arms.. it's a struggle to type.. my legs hurt.. Everytime ruben wants to cuddle up it all hurts sooo much. Does anyone else do exercise? How do you stay motivated?
well we have at least one thing in common IL's that **** us off! That could b is problem he hasn't needed 2 b a man his hole life and doesn't know how 2 deal with is responsiblities
just a quick one reaganelizbeth 2 do exercise and 2 stay motivated, eat really good foods this also contributes 2 a great sex life, if u eat right!

I try and eat pretty good. All the dinners I cook I get off diet/nutritional websites. We don't really eat crap, I just don't buy it from the shops. The best thing I find is eating dinner for lunch... so we have dinner around 3 or 4, and then maybe a tiny snack at around 6 (only if we're hungry) and it works really well
do you work out as well?

HAHA exercise, whats that again?? for me its getting up off the lounge to walk to the toliet or walking around the house :lol:. Before i fell pregnant i use to go to the 'Curves' Gym atleast 3 times a week and LOVED it.

I went to a gym for around 2/3 months when Rubes was around 4 months old.. but caught the flu and never went back haha.
DP is really getting down about his shape, even though he genuinely isn't overweight, just not toned. So we both do weights in the evening. It's suuuccch hard work.
Excercise????? I walk to the car and back. Does that count?
Sorry all but Im about to have a rant......
Let me tell you about the OB appointment I was supposed to have today. I booked it in nearly 4 weeks ago for 5pm tonight. Now I live just over an hour from the OB Im seeing because of the hospital I have chosen to go to.
Yesterday at 10.30am I got a phone call to confirm my appointment for 5pm. No problems. Then at 1pm I got a phone call saying they had double booked me for 5pm and they close at 5pm but they had a cancellation and could I be there at 2.40pm. No biggie coz I had enough notice.
I got there at 2.15pm to make sure Im early because sometimes it takes longer than an hour to get there. Just as I pulled into the car park I got another phone call saying he had been called out and wouldnt be back untill 3.30pm could I make my appointment at 5pm again? No not really. Anyway I went inside and spoke to them. Apparently the OB was called out at 12pm-ish and they knew then that he wouldnt be back until 3.30pm but didnt bother calling because they didnt think it was important (Not that I mind if he gets called out, thats his job, but it was that they knew at 12.30pm that he wouldnt be back until 3.30ish and didnt call me then)
So they told me I could sit around and wait but he had 2 people to see when he got back who were there waiting for him (However no cars in the carpark and noone in the only waiting room) and I probly wouldnt be seen until 4.30pm or I could rebook my appointment for 5pm. Neither of which was suitable because I have to pick up DF at 5pm (which was arranged after they changed my appointment yesterday)
So I asked if I could make another appointment on another day and they were telling me it'd be too late and I have to have it today and there was no other option. Anyway in the end I got another appointment for Tuesday.
So by the time I got back to the car I was bawling my eyes out and was peeved coz I'd just spent over an hour driving when I didnt need to, and DF was too busy at work for me to explain to him everything.
So I'm over today.

Sorry all about the previous post. I had to vent. I was annoyed that they knew the OB wouldnt be there for my appoinment for 2 hours before my appoinment and they didnt call until just before.

Sal- what a total PITA!!!, some people think you've all the time in the world to do things WRONG!!. I think they should have called you & told you the OB had been called out then you wouldnt have wasted your time driving. Yeah not long now 2 weeks today until EDD, I'm happy to wait until then but if bubs was to decide to come early i'd be happy with that also, scared of the unknown but i know i'll be fine.
Sally- the only reason i was going to Curves was because i was bored, we were living in Albury (NSW/VIC border) ALL our family in Sydney and i wanted something to do. I had people i'd hang out with from work but most were guys (as i was doing my apprenticeship), gave me something to do after work as DP was working 12-14hr days and when he wasnt he was having "after work drinks" any excuse to go to the pub haha. I lost about 7kgs from going to gym which i long ago during this pregnancy put back on haha.
I'm just relaxing on the lounge watching the cricket with the aircon on ($tupid humidity).
Sal - that would be so annoying, some people are quite inconsiderate.
Sally - just use the 'i have a kid' excuse!

Cramps are never fun. I'd wake up every few night with them and the only way to stop the pain is to sit up, legs out in front of me straight and point my toes back to my body. Relieves the cramp, but that was what worked for me.
My mum and dad got a dog from yaps in 2001 (young animal protection society) in Cairns and she's a staffy cross not sure. Looks like kelpie and sometimes some sort of terrier. But half staffy. And she's so bwootiful.
Mediation went really well. The lady is very nice and tells me when to shush when I start to ramble on (its really hard to break that habit of talking too much LOL!) and we have our first joint session tomorrow. So I am optimistic it can all be worked out.
Sorry for not catching up well, I don't get a lot of time on the computer coz its my mate's and when he's home he's on WoW.

I spoke to Ash yesterday or they day before (scratches head) and she's 34 weeks and been having period like pains and headaches ect. She was ok but I WAS WORRIED! lol, i'm such a worry wart, I can't help it I hear about someone less than 36 weeks having pains and things and shudder. I will send her another text and let you guys know!!

hi sal, vent as much as u like. U poor thing, but the worst bit is they dont care what length u ahd 2 go through 2 get there they go on with there day and 4get all about u.
Well i also didn't have a very good day. At 1st i was jumping off the walls feeling fine, planned 2 go over 2 Bianca's houe and catch up with her aka, Banx that we talk 2 on here. Then all of a sudden i get struck down with this pain, as if im in full blown labour! Which is quite strange seen as my baby has been out of my body 4 7.5months!!! So im lying there thinking im going 2 die, when i get this terrible fever and feel as though im going 2 through up, thank God Clint stayed home 2day otherwise i honestly dont know what i would have done. Coz we had no panadol, he had 2 take Bella and go bye me some. I was wondering y this pain has come about, while Clint was telling he's ringing the Ambos or taking me 2 the hospital, but I couln't move. Then i relised that im due 4 my period, so know im so sweaty and upset and sick! My periods were great after Bella they would come on the 8th of ever month without fail and not hurt at all but now they've gone back 2 the way they used 2 b, b4 i fell pg. I had 2 go on the pill when i was young just 2 prevent the terrible pain and fainting.
So if anyone has any ideas 2 help me out, go 4 it. By the way im better now took panadol rapid.

Sally- Nigel needs to grow up and as hes never had to do things for himself before as mummy has done it for him, he'll expect the same from you, put your foot down and say "do i look like your mother, you can do things for yourself, your arms wont fall off and your heart wont stop beating", sorry i'm too use to being a smarty pants to DP when he wants me to do things hes more than capable of doing himself. Thanks for the update on Ash :D, glad shes doing well maybe her pains were just stretching pains as i've been having them for a week now or they are just BH unless they are getting to be regular or more full on i wouldnt stress too much. Although i'll PMSL if the next message you get from Ash is 'i'm in labour!!!!!!' haha.
Kass- Sorry to hear your having dramas with AF, will you have to go back on the pill again to ease/prevent it?. Have you seen your dr about it??
