Hi Ali, welcome back hope the move went smoothly.

It's kinda relaxing to see/hear that we are not alone in the 'your a young mum= your unfit or a tramp' but also great to see that we dont let it get to us too much.

I got my baby back today. lol. She stayed at my sisters last night and i was sooooo lost without her, i was bored and bored and lost, im never letting her stay out again. lol.
She woke up with a blood nose at 4am this morning so my poor sis didnt get much sleep :S have to talk to the doc about these blood noses, she doesnt get them alot but she gets them maybe once a month, i think she might pick her nose when shes sleeping but she had a hole in her heart (which she had kinda fixed in 2006...long story) so im just worried it may be related in some way. My neice says it could be cause she was hot and when shes overheated she gets them.. i dunno but i would rather be extra safe. My next checkup is on thursday morn and she gets her 4yr old imms then too so ill ask the doc then.

Well im gonna go have some mylanta and some yoghurt cause i have heartburn

    Talk laters ladies.

wow Skye, ur girls sleep in untill 11????? i WISH mine did!!! but mine go to bed pretty early.... their both sound asleep as we speak (7pm)

had a crazy night with Shanelle (the 3yr old) and trying to get her to eat veges

i told her if she didnt eat them shed have them for breakfast.... because she said well screamed and cried (after being put in the corner) that she was tired.... so i wonder what her reaction will be when she has veges for breakfast..... ha ha

also fighting a little bit with the DP EXTRA ... as he was supposed to wash bottles and kiara was ready 4 bed and he went off to watch home an away..... so annoying when hes lazy!!! anyone else have this problem??

Jess - NO!!! My girls are up well before 8 every morning! It was Jesse my boy who slept til 11. Coz he was up crying all night.
The girls were up at 5am yesterday morning!

& my DH...I really don't wanna go there, but I will. Just to make you feel better. HE DOES NOTHING!!! Never has! He's only really started doing things here & there (like ...umm...getting Jesse when he's crying or having a shower with him) since we had Jesse.
He still really does nothing. Not even for himself. Hence the reason I'm moving away. We are staying together, but I'm going back up to the coast where my mum is coz I have no fam or friends here & no support from him.

Hi Skye, I know you quite well, I tend to lurk in you baby buddies thread to keep an eye on my gorgeous niece, whom I miss very much, and I very much miss Danni, but she can talk to me, Jazz cant.

So much has happened in the past 2 weeks. Em is walking now, and has cut 2 more teeth, she now has 5 teeth. So now we officially have 2 toddlers

I am looking into prices for flights back to Adelaide for my uncle's wedding now so much to do so little time...

ahhhhh i c i c!! poor Jesse any idea why hes been crying so much??

poor u up at 5am!! and i thought getting up at 6 to get kiara a bottle was bad enough!! although this morning she had a bottle at 5 and then got up at 6 ... and then i snuggled in with Nelly who decided she wanted to sleep on the couch! not that i got to snuggle for long.... lol

yeah well after he watched home and away he came out and did the dishes straight away.... so he did half ok i guess.... but still bloody lazy lol.... its so irritating to ASK him to do things for his daughter n stuff! but i dunno sometimes he knows he does bad and he tries... other times i guess laziness gets the better of him! and maybe i was a bit harsh last night because i said he was a lazy daddy n etc.... so i guess thats why he did the washing up straight away!

My little ones got 2 new teeth too.... i wonder if i can call her a toddler now shes walking and has 4 teeth???? although shes only 9 months.... so i dunno what i would call her!!! .... but 2 toddlers alioop! good luck! hehe

Wow Alyssa is a great sleeper, she goes to bed between 7-8 and we get up at 7, but before we started taking DP to work she would sleep in til 8.30-9. I can only hope Charli is such a good sleeper too. hehe

As for DP's.. trav isnt too bad, he does however have his lazy days, we have this agreement... whoever cooks the other cleans the dishes, 5-6 out of 7 nights and lately my back has been so sore hes been alot more helpful than usual... vacuming etc. (although he has only vacumed once since i've been preg. lol)
With alyssa we take it in turns reading her a book and bathing/showering her so looks like i've got a good one compared to you guys, i would really crack it and prob couldnt handle doing it all by myself although i better start cause Trav's looking for a 2nd job (working nights/and maybe weekends) he really wants to buy a house.

Skye- i hope your lil man feels better today and his teeth stop giving him so much greaf.

Well i'll be back later, hope your kiddies didnt get up too early for ya this morning.

In my nov08 birth buddies thread, one of the ladies was just telling me its illegal to throw poo in the bin (like a disposable nappy with poo in it) did anyone else know this? i feel kinda dumb now but everyone i know how uses disposables doesnt put the poo in the toilet and then throw the nappy out they just chuck the nappy out..... interesting.....

I want to work so bad, i feel mean cause DP wants to get a 2nd job so we can save more but i cant being heavily pregaz and planning to bf.
Yay to getting your job Jess and GL Taegan, i think the pay at macca's is about $15-16 an hour (casual) but they also have a special rate for the trial period which is like 3mths, my BIL used to work there couple of months back, he says it not too bad.

MY RIBS ARE SOOO SORE, im a whinger... i know

then arrest me..!! i wont be emptying the nappy first. The only thing i will be doing is putting it in a nappy disposal bag to save on the smell. This is rediculous if u ask me and ide like them to find the law that says this. The whole point of a nappy bin is so that it wraps the nappy indavidually and helps so u cant smell it iykwim.

kirra- im not sure if thats true, every single person i know throws their disposable nappies in the bin. there is still gonig to be poo on the nappies even if you 'peel' it off and put it in the toilet and what about hte runny ones! i dont think its true.
hope your ribs feel better soon
