yeah thats true, it will be great experience. in my opinion the toddler years are the hardest. because they dont understand everything but they want to do their own thing. i think if you can cope with a toddler that isnt "yours" you will sail through with your own baby.

Aww Lauren, good on you and Beau for helping little Layla-Jai and her dad out through this difficult time. Toddlers can be sooo hard but they are so worth it - and you guys are fantastic for taking it upon yourselves to be there for them in such a way right now!!

That's so cute how you guys still spoon every night lol, I wish DH and I still snuggled but we're SUCH an old married couple hahaha, we sleep right on the edge of our side of the bed and fight over blankets because it only covers the bed iykwim lol
Now that the weather's cooling off a bit we are getting a bit closer at night for warmth, but DH then tries yanking my pillow out from under me (he's asleep and doesn't realise he's doing it lol) so I end up wriggling back over to the edge to stop him getting near it hahaha I'm very possessive of my pillows and blankie

Ooh, you might be having a girl, hey? This probably isn't true lol but my dad was telling me the other day that apparently boys have a faster heart rate than girls in the womb or something, if Tiger's is a bit slow maybe that means it's a she?? I know you want a boy lol, sorry to rain on your parade hahah I wanted a boy this time around, but meh - fate does as it will. Now if only fate would rustle up some more butter to save me going to the shop - I want to make some caramel slice lol

*sigh* due tomorrow, not even the slightest niggle yet So mad hahaha!! DH wants to do the gardens tomorrow (we hacked out the 'jungle' over the Easter long weekend, intending to redo the garden beds the next week, still haven't got around to it!) so maybe a trip to Bunnings and walking around and around and around the plant section, or doing a bit of yardwork, will get things moving along

ETA: I just noticed I use excessive amounts of emoticons. My bad!!

gothmum- lol, i think you should do the garden shopping i reckon that will def get things going, and bend up and down alot looking at every different plant lol. im so excited for you too!
whats a normal heart rate? my baby's hb is 155 is that fast or slow?

Lauren- i know... i hate waiting, but im alot more patient this time around, i think its coz i know i only have less than 6 months until its not just the 3 of us, mind you towards the end ill be dieing for it to be over with.
Love the names, a bit different but they are very nice, i hate it when people choose weird weird names. but yours are very pretty.

made my chutney, it was quite yummy but didnt make as much as i would have liked, why is it when ever you follow a recipe they never make as much as the recipe says it will. like when you make biscuits it says it will make 20 and then you do it and it only makes like 12 lol
