Oh I would have done the same thing Lauren! I would much prefer somewhere roomy and nice instead of convenient. Not sure I have heard of that area. I live on the Sunny Coast but My partner lives in Ormeau so I am down there a few days a week. So much travelling! But hopefully a move in future! Are you back at uni?I start back Monday..dreading the hectic schedule once again eeek.

Hello Indi, welcome to the site

I'm Sally, 23, Proud SAHM to Brendan (born at 30+1 weeks 25/2/07) and Tristan (born at 34+3 weeks 19/06/09). I'm also proud partner to Nigel, 23.

Theres not alot happening around here...
I am a little annoyed at one of DP's family emmbers... last night tristan was hungry and I said he was hungry and she turned around and said to him oh you cant be hungry yet... yet we'd been there just on 3 hours and I hadn't fed him there

Hope everyone is having a good weekend!

Mon- Good luck sorting out all of the clothes. Its so hard sorting through everything. I try my best not to be a hoarder and sort out the cubboards when its coming into a new season but I find it hard parting with clothes they have grown out of. I'm getting better as they get older though.

I'm stuck at home today (being carless until they replace a part). Hopefully it will be done by Tuesday! Not sure whats on the agenda to entertain my moo and chicken

    Hi Indi.. WELCOME!
Im Amy, im 21 and my partner, Billy is 21 and we have Maddie who is almost two and im pregnant with number 2, due the 20th of november. looking forwrd to getting to know you.

we had a terrible fright this morning. i woke up to maddison screaming. i ran into her room and some how she had turned oun her heater (which i always turn off at the wall and on the heater) and had started a fire. the room was filled with smoke and there were massive massive flames. billy was out and luckily i had firends staying the night so i screamed and screamed and they ran in and help me put the fire out. it has burnt the carpet and some of her muslin blankets and some books but none of that matters, just as long as she is ok.
it just so lucky that i heard her and that it was this morning and not the middle of the night.
she wakes up in the middle of the night sometimes and plays. we might be moving in a couple of weeks and in the new house maddies bedroom is very very far away from our room so im going to have to get a baby monitor with a camera to make sure everything is ok all of the time. im so paranoid and shaken. it could have been soooooooo much worse. she could have died. especially if it had of been a minute longer. the house just filled iwth smoke when i opened her door. ive also been asking the realestate agent to fit smoke alarms for ages and she never does so im going to be giving her an earful.
any way, no other news here.
    hope your all well.
    xx

    Hi Amy,

OMG that is full on. I'm glad everything worked out ok. There is nothing worse than when frightening moments like that get thrusted upon us! Ive had a scare with my little girl running outside a shop I was in and Ive never forgotton it. Luckily I havn't had any fires break out but I can imagine what you went through!

Well I'm certainly not looking forward to being back at uni tomorrow I winge when I am there and I winge when I am not. Back to hectic days and feeling guilty for leaving my kiddies in someone elses hands while I study. DP is away with work for another week which is starting t frustrate me- just want him back
