I too am 40 (41 in a few weeks) and am trying for our first bubba. Currently doing my second FET and in a TWW. Come join us in the LTTC Assisted Conception thread Jan. Plenty of lovely girls in there, with plenty of support to give.

Hi there :-)
My husband and I are about to do an FET, in a few weeks. I have never been so terrified in my life. I feel, the same way that you do, going through the stages of having to entertain the idea that it may never happen. I have become so numb to it almost. I'm not quite sure how i can give you hope but to say that you're not alone. Most women, if not all, in this particular forum have been or are in the same situation. It is hard, it is terrifying, it does shake you to your very core, but know that the journey you're facing is a journey travelled by many women. Best of luck!
