Anyone got any tips on how to improve egg quality?

Hi girls i am hoping someone out there has something new that i havent heard yet for improving egg quality.
After about 9 rounds of ivf, 1 m/c and rest BFN it is looking like my eggs are just not going the distance.
I am on chinese herbs at the moment, accupuncture, take royal jelly, dhea..
Anyone got any thing that they have done or taken which has helped improve the quality of their eggs?
Would love to hear from anyone with any advice
    Thanks

Bloss, I have heard full cream milk is meant to help. Also, a low GI diet.

I also take CoQ10, zinc and elevit. Not that it is working for me so far

    Hi N2L,

My AMH test came back as 1.4
To get our BFP I took DHEA for 5 months prior, C10, Omegas, Esterogens,Royal Jelly, Elevit, full fat dairy, low GI, high protien, no cold foods only things room temp or warm, had acupuncture. I still only got three eggs & only one embryo to transfer.
    Which thankfully worked this time.
I have heard costs are going up again... Ouch! Wishing you the best of luck with your next cycle xx

Try this shake for breakie every morning

100 % Whey Protein (sold at a major supermarket)
    Banana
    Yoghurt
    Cinimum
    Milk
Or anything else you want to pop in it

    every morning ...

I truelly believe the protein gets your egg quality over the line.

octytes take 3 months to grow so as much protein as u can ladies

No hun, not when you walk every day to combat the hormonal stress we put our bodies under with all the artificial hormones

If your watching your weight, I would just lower my calories in another meal during the day if that helps
