Antagonist cycles are much more patient friendly. I've done two and had two BFPs - first one only one embryo - but a BFP nonetheless (my DS) and we recently cycled again and had much more success after my gonal F dose was increased. We got 17 follicles this time, 12 fertilized, one BFP (currently 14 weeks pg) and have 6 frosties - no negatives here
