I am in SA so I do not have any recommendations for you.

As for potential damage to your ovaries etc - a skilled Surgeon should have no trouble at all preventing this - unless of course you have major abnormalities, which is not necessarily the case for you.

If you can, I would wait and get the referral and go from there.
