Thanks so much guys (i was sure i replied to this thread last night but my post isnt here ) i survived my EPU... like most it was just the fear of what was going to happen.... it was alot easier then i thought (tho now i feel like i have been punched in the stomach OUCH)
I really only had alittle bit of pain halfway through it..... actually it was more like a tight pushy feeling that kinda hurt

I liked how i got to see the needle getting the follies..... looked really cool lol

I had the ouchy punched in the stomach feeling for three days afterwards, so hopefully yours will go pretty quickly. Rest up & use a heat pack whenever you can

Thanks Sarah - i will have to try the heat pack... i didnt think of that

The heat pack does help amazingly - just remember to stop using it after transfer!

Yep no heat pack after transfer, but by then you should be feeling back to normal

I'm actually feeling pretty good today.... i wouldnt say 100% but sooo much better then yesterday ... i can actually walk without my stomach hurting
