FS just told me to behave as if I was pregnant - they gave me an information sheet with all the recommended info on it which was very helpful. I went to personal training 5 days later and spoke to my personal trainer about it and she said any exercise that raises the heart rate above 140bpm is a nono for pregnant women - especially in the first trimester. on the day of ET I spent it on the couch mostly - I was too scared to move!! but it was good to get into a routine with work and to keep my mind off it, cause I think I would have gone mental if I had to stay at home the whole time!!!

there were no rules before EPU - but I was too sore and tired to do anything between EPU and ET, then after ET, there was the Crinone, which is just weird... and I can't imagine having sex with the crappy tissuelike substance that's left behind...

either way, just take all your questions with you and the FS will answer - you're journey may be different to mine, and it is all individual, so you need to make sure you are listening to your own experts!

just go with the flow - it all makes sense in the end :-)
