FS just told me to behave as if I was pregnant - they gave me an information sheet with all the recommended info on it which was very helpful. I went to personal training 5 days later and spoke to my personal trainer about it and she said any exercise that raises the heart rate above 140bpm is a nono for pregnant women - especially in the first trimester. on the day of ET I spent it on the couch mostly - I was too scared to move!! but it was good to get into a routine with work and to keep my mind off it, cause I think I would have gone mental if I had to stay at home the whole time!!!

there were no rules before EPU - but I was too sore and tired to do anything between EPU and ET, then after ET, there was the Crinone, which is just weird... and I can't imagine having sex with the crappy tissuelike substance that's left behind...

either way, just take all your questions with you and the FS will answer - you're journey may be different to mine, and it is all individual, so you need to make sure you are listening to your own experts!

just go with the flow - it all makes sense in the end :-)

    Thank you all,

Everything that was said certainly makes sense. I dont want to do anything to jeopardise it, so normal activities except hitting the gym. My FS told me just to carry on like normal until you either get a +/- hp test/blood test, but i wanted to the opinion of all you gorgeous women out there. It must be the strangest feeling.
take my trigger tonight at 8.15. Figure i'll be cramping up for all of sunday, but its all worth it.
Thanks peeps, you are honestly keeping me sane

    xx

I didn't notice any reaction to the trigger - so maybe you won't have any reaction to it :-) Let's hope :-)

    good luck!!
