I would ring Reproductive Services at the Women's and have a chat about the public system here in Vic.
I've sent them a email via their contact us link - at this time it's a little difficult for me to talk verbally as I'm at work. Hopefully, they can provide a information pack or something for me to look over at night and work out all the questions I need to ask before making a call.
