Had our second frozen transfer last wednesday. Freaked out compleely yesterday when I had some spotting. Took a home pregnancy test this morning and have a POSITIVE result!! Trying not to get too excited until a blood test confirms it! Freaking out a little. Any advice? So scared that the reading is due to the progesterone pessaries. Could this give a false positive reading?

Nope, only the HCG trigger shot would give you a false reading, sounds like a genuine BFP to me - Congrats!!!!!

Was it a 2 day transfer or a 5 day? And did you use a trigger to time ovulation? If you didn't use a trigger, then congrats are in order .
