Progesterone pessaries and FET - how did they make you feel?

    Hiya,

Just going through my first natural FET cycle. Had transfer on Monday so I am 4dp3dt. I am on 400mg progesterone pessaries nightly so I have had three so far (tonight is number four). Today I feel nauseous and my boobs are sore. I didn't get really get this on the fresh cycle when I was on crinone once trigger left my system. I am sure it is too early for pg symptoms as implantation would only be today at earliest (if at all).

Are the pessaries stronger than the crinone? How did they effect everyone else??

    Thanks!!

Im sorry you're feeling crappy, hun. I was one of the people who had no side effects from pessaries what so ever. And Im not trying to get your hopes up but I was nauseous and passed out on the day of implantation with both my pregnancies. Hope you are feeling better soon

Maybe it's a sign.... an eager implatation... Fingers crossed for you & hope your 2WW passes quickly.

    Hi N2L
I think crinone is 200mg, so your pessaries are double that, though I have heard that Crinone absorbes better. I have had lots of symptoms and no symptoms, every cycle can be different. My last cycle with a bro I had nothing, yet had a positive on hpt at 8dpo. so go figure. Have everything crossed for you. Xx

I've never really had any symptoms from them. At the moment I'm getting cramps, but that's because my level is about 440! My last positive I had a level of about 130 and no symptoms. That probably doesn't help much, but I hope your signs are positive

    Thanks everyone!

I did a HPT on Monday night at 7dp3dt (the devil made me do it). It was BFN
I have had mild nausea for a few days. Probably the progesterone.
Had some mild cramping yesterday morning. Boobs still bit sore. Really felt like AF was on the way yesterday - 8dp3dt

I am CD30 today so AF is due now-ish. My BT isnt until Monday which will be CD35.

Does anyone know how pessaries affect AF? In other words, did it prevent it for you if you weren't pg?

I spotted on the crinone and got AF the day after I stopped.

    Damn that devil!
I don't think they'd prevent af, but I really don't know. Still got my fingers crossed

Pessaries never stopped my period from arriving on day 28, even when they had me using 2 morning and night. I have everything crossed for you!

Thanks Lily I have felt really seedy all day unless I am eating. I guess I just have to wait for AF or BT - whichever comes first!
