Synarel Spray & NO SLEEP!!

Hi All,

Hope everyone is well.
Started the lovely synarel spray on Sunday and have had a few sleepless nights the last two especially. The most sleep I've had is three hours.
I've been going to acupuncture and have been rubbing my feet crazy to take away the energy from my head(I'm sure I sound crazy when I say this) & it's not working. I've tried a few things.
Does anyone else have this problem & what are you doing??

sorry didnt have that problem. although when i started they did say that insomnia was a possible side effect. I just got headaches about 3 weeks into it. and found it really hard to stomach first thing in the morning (would sniff, then 10-15 mins later i would taste it down the back of my throat)
has it eased off at all?
