N2L I found it much easier than a stim cycle. (I did a natural thaw cycle, not an HRT cycle).

Once I got AF, the clinic got me to use OPK's when I was fertile. When I got a positive I went in for a blood test, it was good ( meaning I had my LH surge and was about to ovulate). Then I was booked in 5 days later to have the transfer, which is just going in with a full bladder, no sedation required, it takes only a few minutes and I find them painless. Then home on the couch and on with your TWW! Theres ( apparently) a 90% chance the embryo will thaw out properly, if it doesn't they thaw the next one until one survives. I only had one so luckily it was fine!

Different clinics do them differently as other people have said.

You will get a follie growing, but like Lilydust said, the chance of twins is slim ( if only it was that easy lol)

The only thing i will say is make sure they give you progesterone supplemements, my clinic didn't and I've had a problem with low progesterone.

Best of luck with your cycle xxx
