What did you do after transfer?

I've done both, and both resulted in a BFN.
I think it's more about embryo quality, rather than anything else.

^^^ that! A dozen or more transfers and did things differently every. single. time and all BFN's. I sometimes wonder if it is just 'luck' that it works at all. However, I suggest put your feet up and chill out ;-)
