    Hi Danyelle,

So sorry you're not feeling the best hun! I remember when I got pg last year, I caught a cold a few days after my BFP was confirmed, I was sick for two weeks with what appeared to be something like a whooping cough (yucky!!), then I came good, and then I was sick again for 2 weeks with exactly the same thing. I kept getting sick on and off for weeks, and the doc told me that it was because my immune system was shot with all the IVF drugs. This time I'm feeling heaps better than last year, as I didn't have to have any support or drugs in this cycle. I'm feeling OK hun, no obvious signs but then I didn't have any last year, so dunno. Sore bb but that's about all.

I would definitely get second opinions hun, if you feel like there is something not right, try to get to the bottom of it hun. Nothing is stronger like the gut instinct.

Sending you lots and lots of

    Hi Beata,

Thanks so much for that information, I was starting to think I was going crazy. I never knew that the IVF drugs had such an affect on the immune system.

Take care. Fingers crossed for a

    Hi Beata,

I feel like crap, up coughing all night and sweating like a pig.

I don't know what to feel, I had some cramping today which I hope is a good sign.
But I don't want to get my hopes up. I'm really worried it didn't work again this time cause of having the flu and such high temp.
Period Due Mon 20th, On Tuesday I'll go do the blood test

All your signs sound very promising. Keep my fingers and toes crossed for you. Make sure you take it easy.

I convinced my sister and her husband to go to Dr Sacks as well and there appointment is on the 19th Aug.

Just wondering are you a Facebook Fan ?

Going to go make another cup of Tea and watch a movie, have a great night and I'll chat with you soon.

    Hi hun,

Sorry this horrible flu hasn't eased up yet hun. I have read somewhere that when your pg hormones kick in, your immune system begins to shut down so the body doesn't reject the embryo. So with God's blessing, I hope you have pg hormones floating in your wee body . I have everything crossed for you hun and I pray AF doesn't show herself.

I'm glad you sis and her DH are going to see the same doctor. It's good to be proactive and to get a second opinion (or two!) when nothing is working the way you want it to work. I wish her all the luck in the world hun.

I hope you feel better hun, but please still keep a positive mind and stay hopeful, as the game isn't over yet. I think our bodies are very resilient, one of my close friends had a pretty bad case of flu when she got pg with her second child, so anything is still possible. Look after yourself hun and keep warm.

    Big hugs

Hey CP, thanks sweetie! I've been praying very hard, I really hope this is it. What have you been up to? Are you OK to proceed with another cycle after your op? Big hugs.

    Hi Beata,

Well I'm out, I got AF this morning, one day early.
I didn't get depressed about it this time cause I knew with getting a high temperature two nights in a row would of blown it for me.

Going to take this next month off - free from FET's. Dr Sacks here we come.
ANd hopefully get my health back in order too .
Just read your message on 2ww, OMG its sounds really promising.

Please let me know how you go with your BT.

Hugs and kisses to you, I am so excited for you and I'm sending you positive thoughts.

Hey Beata - looks like we're testing on the same day! Fingers crossed for us both. my BB aren't as sore this time around, but had some really weak cramping today. I'm due for AF today, and don't feel at all like she's coming. If she was, BB should have been sore last week. Here's hoping...

Danyelle - *hugs* sorry for your loss, and your illnesses. Enjoy your month off. I loved mine... no poking, no prodding, no blood tests! & good luck for your next round.

    Hi Danyelle,

I'm really sorry AF arrived hun But I get the feeling all is not lost and I'm sure you will get there soon! You are such a positive person, and believe me that is so very important. Hang in there sweets!
I have no doubt that after you find out with what is going on, you've have your BFP in no time! Take it easy away from IVF hun, it's so nice not to be riding this rollercoaster all the time! I had a good break since May last year (except I had no choice as they had to remove that horrid fibroid) but all these months away from the drugs and all was really good. I will keep my fingers crossed for you hun, and let me know how your doctor app. goes. GL hun!!
Thanks so much for all your wishes and support and positive thoughts, you are a sweetie

Will let you know my BT results on Thursday

    Love and big hugs

    Hi Entreat,

Welcome to our little thread! I'm sorry for your m/c, it's so terrible when it happens . I had a late m/c in October last year, so that was really tough. I've had my second and last blastie transferred on 11/7 so I am praying this one goes all the way!

GL on Thursday hun, I will be thinking of you and keep my fingers crossed for the both of us. Sounds promising hun with bb not being sore like when they do when AF is due, I pray AF stays away for you. And me too!!

    Beata xxx
