    Hi Jojo,

Good luck!!!! Hope you achieve what you desire And as for it being silly not to tell anyone else? It seems as if you have enough to think/(not) worry about and your friends will be there whenever you want or need them. If an open book person is not being an open book, it is for a reason and those who care about you will give you what you need when or if you need it regardless of when you ask

    Thanks everyone!

I am currently day 10 and still havent told anyone - its actually fun having a little secret.
I had a scan yesterday and have 14 follicles. I have to go back again on Saturday morning for another scan and he is estimating EPU on Monday.
I left feeling very excited yesterday - my FS was happy with what he saw which gives me hope he says he should get approx 10-12 eggs which sounds good to me!

I hope all is going well for everyone else

    hi jojo!

I too just started IVF - cycle in Oct, was my first, and am going for a second cycle in december.
I too... am usually an open book, and have found keeping the secret quite difficult - and I don't care if people know it was IVF, but if it doesn't work, it's telling people it didn't work... and having to do that every time. Someone in BB once wrote that it is watching everyone else's disappointment that is difficult, you're disappointed enough yourself when it doens't work, and then you have to see/stay calm/cope, with other people who care about you being disappointed as well.

I mean few people go around telling everyone... "oh I had sex this month, right around the time I ovulated, but unfortunately it didn't 'catch'..." so if you don't want to tell anyone - that would be perfectly okay

Definitely I have found talking on BB has been the best thing to help me cope with all the IVF stuff. It has been a lifesaver.

    good luck with it all

    sending your way
