    Passover food

Anyone know where you can get a list of products you can't eat during passover/unleavened bread. Things with leaven in them.
I can only seem to find lists that are from overseas and have different products we don't have. hmmm...
I'm not very knowledgeable about what's in the food I eat, lol, so I need some kind of list to guide me.

oohh...okay, I found this site for anyone interested: http://www.kosher.org.au/Pesach2008/...20graphics.pdf

Although not everything applies to me really, I'm not Jewish, so it has some things that are more strict I think.

it is jewish custom to start the festival the night before (called 'erev' (ie evening) pesach (the hebrew word for passover). this is the same for all festivals and holy days.
