Just wondering how everyone was going to entertain the kids this school holidays. With little cash it can be hard for me to find ways to keep them happy i also have a big age gap so what is good for 3 is not good for the eldest GRRRRRRRR
    kath
instead of paying for kids to go places we invest back into our selves, like buying cooing ingredients and arts and crafts

we do loads of cooking with kids and loads of sticking cutting gluing creative things like beading and making things colourining, leggo thats what we do on holidays with a young one its hard to get out of house. movies make up plays, story books, painting playdo, pc games tv games nintendo games in general. dress ups.

    edit
by the way i have a 10 year old loves to cook and paint and glue and be creative in general, 7 year old likes drawing colurining tv, movies nintendo loves doing thing by self.
a 3 year old who loves cooking playdo painting drawing, leggo,k movies, gluing sticking making.

I tend to leave my kids to their own devices - they are a pretty imaginative lot, but I am also packing alot these school hols as we are moving in mid January, so something else to help keep them entertained

theres always tv games movies too. we normally spend our mornings cleaning everyone has to clean then lunch then FUN. thats how we spend the holidays. get the jobs done first then the reward is the fun. been doing beading with my daughter this holidays on top of all the rest now its Christmas so it will be fun fun fun. and ahhhh eeekkkk mess mess mess!! would be great if the insurance fixed the washing line form that storm so kids could run round out back.

Hi everyone, hope you all had a merry xmas and great new year. Ours was good this year. It was my turn to have the kids xmas morning so everyone got in and ripped open all the pressies lol at 6am. It would have been earlier but we refused to get up at 4.45.

DF has his appointment tomorrow to get the snip done. This is just the initial consult and it is $140, hate to see what the op is gonna cost us.

My BP is still mucking around. Damn pre eclampsia. I thought it would have been fixed by now but nooooo. Now is the time for me to start on my diet and exercise regime. I have 25kgs to lose and I have to lose it so that I can get married. I refuse to be a fat, old bride. Old I can't do anything about lol but the fat part I can. Wish me luck.

Gotta go to bed now, will try to catch up again soon. Nite ladies
