I'm feeling a little down today, i was so sure i was pg, had all the signs, and then AF showed up this morning I have never liked her visits, but i dislike her even more now !!

Blue - I'm sure the councillor will help. I've often wondered if i should see one too, i went to a doctor a while ago who just threw a script for anti-depressants at me. But they just made me feel worse ( prob not the right one for me ). I can usually get out of my moods by myself with a bit of positive thinking, sometimes it works better than others though. jesabell - Poor Kate, i know what you mean about everyone being sick lately, it seems never ending here too.
