I am in a cafe and have been served a bad coffee. It's too strong and tastes burnt.
What do you do if you get a bad coffee? Do you say something? Ask for another one? Pay for it? Not pay for it? Walk out and not say anything? Never come back?
I've tried dumping sugar in it but it hasnt helped at all. If I ask for another one, do you think the barista spit in it?

Personally I DO care if the coffee I make is good or not, and I also reckon we are pretty darn close to a "real" cafe. (biggest differece is that our machines ARE semi automatic, so we dont temper the coffee, but we do have to make sure our beans are fresh and our machines are clean so the coffee comes out at the best quality possible) Also if it was a McCafe, one of our biggest things we learn with customer service is to make sure our customers are happy and want to come back. I would much rather someone came and told me that they were unhappy so I could do my best to MAKE them happy rather than have them sit there and be unhappy and not say something. And that should go for any cafe, how do know to improve things if customers never tell you what your doing wrong??????
