Don't do it. You don't know what's going on - maybe they've had to start IVF or something. Maybe something's not kosher with the bubba and they're going through something. She will share when she is ready.
As someone who has been asked before I was ready to tell (as we weren't sure the baby was ok, we might have lost her) its not ok to ask. They'll share when they are ready.
