    Ebay, gumtree or an independent pawnbroker. Whatever you do, DON'T take them to Cashies, who will give you barely a fraction of what they're actually worth. I'd suggest having them valued by a jeweller first if they are quality pieces.

    Thanks CK! Might look at gum tree and eBay for some ideas. I do have a jeweler friend... I've just pulled out a whole lot of gold stuff that I've not worn in like years, so I might take all that down to one of those gold places in the local shops... But I have a gorgeous bracelet and earrings that both have rubies and diamonds in them (just little ones!) and DH says the shopping centre places don't deal with stones so I don't want to waste them...

    I've also got some Tiffany earrings that would be worth more as Tiffany I think...
