    I got a response.

    Hi Kristy
Thank you very much for your mail. The fact that you have two pairs of these earrings now is not your fault but an issue with the postal service, I appreciate your honesty in telling us that they had finally arrived, so on this occasion please accept these earrings as a gift from us for the inconvenience of waiting for the item to turn up in the first place.

    Kind regards
    Tracy

I sent back an email telling them I am very thankful and will definately be going back to them if I am looking for some specific jewellery again.
I don't know why more people would not want to do the right thing. How much better it makes you feel. So now that I have some good karma stored up I hope to use it on insuring some good neighbours move into the rental next door

Good for you hun! It's nice to do the right thing and be recognised and rewarded for it. I bet the seller also felt good about the whole thing too.
