Cataloging software for my books & DVDs that my awesome friend gave me for my birthday last year. I don't know how I lived with out it, even though not everything is entered just yet.
Ooooh THAT sounds good Sarah! How does it make entry data faster??? I don't think I could find the time to type in every book and DVD title and author/artist. Does it use scanning technology??? ie can read the barcode? I always thought that would be a good idea.
Yep I have a barcode scanner or you can type in the ISBN on the books or barcode on the DVDs. It then searches & adds in all the info - director, actors, genre etc for movies & illustrators, page numbers etc for books. I love it so much, it is very very cool. I can PM details if you want?
Oh, DH just took delivery of his early fathers day present (only early because he had to go get it, lol) which is a pool table!

Last thing I got that I didn't know I needed/wanted was warm fluffy boots. I should have known because my feet froze every night but - I am sure most of you mums remember that if our feet are cold, it only reminds us that the kids need slippers, lmfao. Never think of ourselves. Doh.
Ooh I'm sure you all will gets lots of fun from your new pool table... our skills have already shown a distinct improvement... and our 14yo DD enjoys playing with us too and has been tempted away from her bedroom/ensuite mirror so it must be fun!
Yeah, I've actually managed to beat my DH twice now, lol. Getting better. Before we got it I hadn't played in 9 years when my dad watched my two kids so I could go somewhere on my 21st, lol. Its hard keeping the bubba asleep long enough to play a whole game though!
We are teaching the older two how to play because the younger ones cant really reach yet - but Phil is getting a 3 in 1 table with Air Hockey, Table Tennis and Foosball for them.
