DD & DS (when they arrive) will have to wait until they are adults, so 18. Same for any piercings/tattoos. I didn't want my ears done when my mother decided to get them done as a child and I've had troubles ever since because they weren't done the traditional way of piercings in the family but done by a gun, I self-pierced with a needle at 16 and am happy with that piercing.
