WTH - so sorry about your cycle...sadly it happens sometimes. I am currently freaking out about my follie level but am trying so hard to be positive. Am not sure they will rush you to do a short cycle with Orgalutron. I have done many cycles on this (my preferred as its so short) but it can lead to less eggs for some. So glad you are looking ahead and remaining positive - this is what will get you thru. All the best with the FS on Friday..
