5th day after transfer - What should i be feeling?

Hi,
I had my embryo transfer on Sunday (its now thursday) just wondering if anyone knows what symptoms i should be feeling if i am pregnant? Or would there be any symptoms this early? It was a 5day blast transfer. This 2ww is DOING MY HEAD IN

I wouldn't necessarily expect to have any symptoms I had no symptoms with either of my girls until about 6 weeks along. DD1 was naturally conceived and DD2 is an IVF bub and I should say that I did have some symptoms with DD2 right up until 2 days before my BT when they all disappeared They were all due to the Pregnyl I was on for LP support, awful stuff. Anyway, when the symptoms disappeared I was sure I was not pg, but the BT showed otherwise.

I have had 4 transfers with the last resulting in DD and each of them I had no symptoms. The only difference was with the last transfer I starting getting cramping pains 6 days after transfer and thought it was all over but a POAS showed a faint line. After my BFP, I only started suffering nausea from week 8 but didn't have any other symptoms at all.

Good luck getting through the remaining days of your TWW.

Thanks for your replies, im not really sure if i have any symptoms or if its all in my head. It makes me feel better knowing that its ok to not feel any different, i suppose you just watch out for any little twinge hoping its something, but it does make it harder if there is no symptoms, cos then its really just more of a long wait!!

Different for everyone unfortunately! Although my biggest symptom was no symptoms! Before a period I always get massively sore boobs for about two weeks before and when I got my BFP on IVF they didn't hurt at all! I think I had some cramping in the second week of the 2 week wait. But generally all I could feel was some discomfort in the ovaries from the EPU etc.
