    advice? experience?

    Hi girls,
question: my very low hCG levels - 60 on 19th Aug then 90 on 22nd Aug then 140 on 26th Aug indicates obviously something wrong, regardless of my sky high progesterone, and no matter how much I wish it was gonna be ok. I've had to wait till 3rd Sep (tomorrow) for scan, but I just POAS to see if almost a week since last BT it showed +ve. It did. Is this because the First Response can detect the tiniest amount of hormone??

Have found last 48hours really tough. Can't believe we're the only couple that we socialise with now who don't have kids. It just keeps hitting me in waves, and I sob and sob. Then come around then go again. sorry for the ramble, my mind's a mess

Hi airline. I'm so sorry you have to wait so long. I really hope you get some answers tomorrow. You would definitely get a positive on a HPT if your levels are over 100. The tests are really sensitive and you would even get a feint positive with levels below 100.

I don't want to be negative, I am just sharing my experience as I have had 2 ectopic pregnancies. I think at tomorrow's scan they will be looking for a fetal sac in the uterus. If the uterus is empty they may assume an ectopic pregnancy. Will you gave a bt too. I remember one specialist told me that hormone levels need to be about 1500 to see something on a scan, so hopefully, because you have waited a week, you will know what is going on.
Do you have any cramping or pain?

Everything you are feeling is perfectly normal and ok. You have been through a very tough time and you probably relive all the events in your head. It doesn't help when you are surrounded by people with children.

    Thinking of you. Big big

well it's officially all over ladies. no gestational sac seen. strangely i think i've had my worst days earlier this week, so now DH and i are looking forward to my first glass of vino in 4 weeks, some soft blue cheese tonight and going away for 4 days next week to the beach. We've told FS of our plan, he seems happy with it, so looks like Nov will be the next ET.

Thank you again to all who replied and gave me advice, encouragement and generally understood both on this forum and the 2ww forum. I'll be back

I am so sorry that you have had to endure this. I have been here before, i cant say that i have had a happy out come yet but have seen others who have been through this to go on and have a successful pg, birth and healthy baby.

I dread the call to say that i am pg, usually as it is followed by you numbers are a bit lower than we would like or .....you numbers have not been doubeling as they should

then days, weeks even later things continue to get worse.

I hope in time you can find pease from this loss and get the strength to continue poitive that life will bring you the joy of a child soon. xx
